As required by law in our country, it is mandatory to pay a tourist tax of EUR 3 per night per person on arrival, which we will pay to our local council. Payment of this tax must be made in cash at check-in. Payment by credit card is not possible, and foreign currency is not accepted.

For stays of more than 6 nights, the cleaning service is mandatory during the stay at least every 6 nights, at a cost of EUR 190 per cleaning. The date and time slot for the cleaning will be agreed upon based on the availability of both the guest and the property manager. In the case of a single mandatory cleaning, this will be scheduled halfway through the stay; for example, for a 7-night stay, the mandatory cleaning will be scheduled after 3 or 4 nights.

The pool is open for swimming only in summer; it is an outdoor pool and is not heated. During the rest of the year, the pool remains filled with water but is not open for swimming.

When the swimming pool is open, it may be used at any time. However, between 23:00 and 07:00, diving, splashing, shouting or making any other noise in the pool that disturbs the neighbours’ night’s rest is prohibited.

The swimming pool is private and for exclusive use. The pool is not fenced or gated, and there is no lifeguard service. Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and that of their children. Guests must ensure their children are never left unattended at the poolside or in the water. Direct and continuous supervision is essential to prevent accidents.

The pool is subject to a professional cleaning and maintenance protocol. However, the guest must carry out minor daily cleaning of the water’s surface (e.g., removal of leaves, dust, and insects), who will be provided with the simple tools required.

No glass bottles or containers are allowed. in the pool area.

No food or drinks are allowed in the pool.
