Check-in must be completed via the Vikey link (you must have an Internet connection and send both a photo of the document and of the guest for identity verification purposes) which you will receive the day before your arrival. According to Italian Law D.L. 502017 the guest will have to sign a rental agreement. The property does not issue overnight stay invoices, in the case of short-term rentals for tourist purposes, you are not subject to registration with the Revenue Agency. A deposit of 150 EUR will be charged to the guest at the checkout, in case of damage caused. If the apartment does not sustain any damage, of course no extra payment will be required.
We also inform you that for stays longer than 7 days, it will be required to provide a credit card number as a guarantee, in case of damages to the property.

For extra towels and sheets an added payment will be required.
If the towels and bed linen provided are ruined, at the checkout an extra cleaning fee will be charged.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
