Cancellation policy:

Requests for cancellations must be in writing ten (10) days before the start of the date of the stay and will not involve any cost. The guest, on the other hand, cannot cancel within 10 days of arrival without the consent of the property management and the owner. Otherwise, guests will be charged a penalty or withholding of 50% of the total cost.
